| Steve is best known for his stagecraft as guitarman
for garage trashers The Shakers, Morrissey and Polecats
mainman Boz's Bozmen, rockabilly trio Rumble and record
nuggets with Feelgood and Blockhead Wilko Johnson and
Demented Are Go's; Captain Drugbuster. He has shared
stages with Mr Maybellene; Chuck Berry, New York Doll;
Johnny Thunders, Loveless star Robert Gordon and toured
relentlessly
since the 70's throughout Europe and across to New York
and
Japan.

"In Race with the Devil, John Peel's BBC Radio
doucumentary on Gene Vincent, he quipped that in modern
times no artist would tolerate such conditions, crammed
into a station wagon, often drafting in replacement
band members along the route of a changeable itinery.
He must have forgot to remember that I went on that
bourbon fueled oddessey too. Somebody got lost on the
way, some of the joints were flakey, but we got there
and we had a ball."
